Delete your STRNTH account

How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open STRNTH.
  2. Open Settings, then tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Tap Delete account again on both checks.

Delete it without the app

Email info [at] strnthapp [dot] com from the email address on your account. Put "Delete my account" in the subject. We will delete it and write back to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, goals, workouts, programmes, HIIT sessions, body measurements, notes and reviews are deleted for good. So are any programmes or workouts you shared with the community and the progress photos on your phone. You cannot undo this.

What stays

If we delete your account by email, or you use an older version of the app, progress photos stay on your phone until you remove the app. Apple, Google, RevenueCat and our analytics and crash report services keep their own records under their own rules. The privacy policy has the details.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple account settings or in Google Play, under Subscriptions.
