Build a timer

Tap New timer, then add steps. Each step has a label, a duration and its own cues. Group steps into a repeat to loop them, which is handy for HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, circuits and rounds. The total time updates as you build.

Run a timer

Open a timer and tap the play button. The countdown fills the screen so you can read it from a distance. Sound and voice cues call each switch, so you do not need to watch the phone. Controls fade away and reappear when you tap the screen.

Sound and voice

Set cues on each step or as a default for the whole timer. You can choose a sound, turn the voice on or off, or set a step to silent. Your music ducks during cues rather than stopping, and audio keeps playing when the screen locks.

Back up and share

Use the export option on a timer to save it as a file, then share or store it wherever you like. Use import to bring a timer back, or to load one someone shared with you.

Remove ads

Interval Timer is free and shows ads. You can remove them with a one-time purchase in Settings. If you get a new device or reinstall, tap Restore purchases in Settings to bring it back.
