What is free
The app is free to download. Your first climb, Box Hill, is free.
Subscriptions
A subscription opens the other climbs. You can pay each month or each year. The app shows the price before you buy, and that is the price you pay.
Apple charges your account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year. It stops only if you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Founder price
If you join at the founder price, you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price on sale at that time.
How to cancel
Cancel in your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your rides and progress stay saved.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments, so ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund a store payment ourselves. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Your health
Couch to Climb is a fitness app. It does not give medical advice. Riding hard can cause injury or make a health problem worse. Talk to a doctor before you start if you have a health condition, are pregnant or have not exercised in a long time. Stop riding if you feel pain, dizzy or short of breath, and get medical help if you need it.
Using the app
The app is for your own personal use. You may not copy, change, take apart or share the app or its content.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account in the You tab in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that first.
Leaderboards and groups
Use your real first name or a nickname, and nothing rude. We may remove a name or close an account that breaks this rule.
Our liability
We work to keep the app running, but we cannot promise it will never fail. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, such as for death or injury caused by our negligence. To the extent the law allows, Next Big Leap Ltd is not liable for indirect loss from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
If we make a big change we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
