What is free
The app is free to download and every breathing session is free. The free app shows ads. Ads never appear during a running session.
The remove ads purchase
You can pay once to remove ads. This is a single payment, not a subscription, so nothing renews. The app shows the price before you buy, and that is the price you pay. Apple or Google charges your account when you confirm the purchase.
Restoring your purchase
On a new phone, wait for the remove ads screen, which shows when you open the app, once a day. Then tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle all payments, so ask them for a refund. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, use Google Play refunds. We cannot refund a store payment ourselves. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Your health
Breathe is a wellbeing app. It is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice. It does not treat any illness, including anxiety. Breathing exercises can make you feel dizzy or light-headed, so sit or lie down. Stop and breathe normally if you feel unwell. Talk to a doctor before you start if you are pregnant or have a heart, lung or other health condition. Never use the app while driving or in water. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency service.
Children
The app has gentle activities for children. They are meant to be used with a parent or carer.
Using the app
The app is for your own personal use. You may not copy, change, take apart or share the app or its content.
Our liability
We work to keep the app running, but we cannot promise it will never fail. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, such as for death or injury caused by our negligence. To the extent the law allows, Next Big Leap Ltd is not liable for indirect loss from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
If we make a big change we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
