Delete your Couch to Climb account

How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Couch to Climb.
  2. Go to the You tab.
  3. Tap Delete account, then tap Delete.

Delete it without the app

Email info [at] strnthapp [dot] com from the email address on your account. Put "Delete my account" in the subject. We will delete it and write back to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, name, weight, plan, rides, bests and group place are deleted for good. You cannot undo this. Your name leaves the leaderboard.

What stays

Ride detail on your phone stays until you remove the app. Apple, RevenueCat and our crash report service keep their own records under their own retention rules. The privacy policy has the details.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions.
